Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson began his sales career in 1979 and has been developing and using the expert sales strategies featured in Consultative Selling training seminars and workshops since 1984. Paul's approach made him an award winning salesperson at 24, allowing him to perform at over 200 percent of quota. He went on to succeed in many roles, including Sales Representative, National Sales Director, National Accounts Manager, and Product Marketing Manager.

In addition to supporting his company's delivery of sales training and consulting services, Paul is often a featured speaker on sales and motivation topics at association conferences and sales meetings. He is the author of 2 books, and his advice has also appeared in publications and newsletters by Selling Power Magazine, Sales and Marketing Management Magazine, American City Business Journals, and more.

Paul is a past president of the Georgia State Chapter of the National Speakers Association. He co-founded the Technology Marketing Association in Atlanta and volunteers his time for organizations that include Toastmasters International. Paul is based in Atlanta, Georgia, where he enjoys water sports like wakeboarding, fishing and volleyball. He is always on the lookout to add to his collection of tropical ties. Plus, Paul always carries pictures of his fabulous 4 grown kids and his wonderful wife, Patti.


Michelle Rigg

With over 30 years of professional sales experience, Michelle Rigg has broken sales records in every company she's worked with. She began selling door-to-door at age 8. By her early 20's she was a top producer in hair care services and products. Later she broke records selling workshop seats and personal coaching services. Today she teaches organizations how to sell more to women and increase retail sales.

Michelle is the author of You Must Be Out of Your Mind: A Step-by-Step Guide to Creating More Power in Your Life, the Create Personal Power Home Study Course and the Ideal Outcome SystemT. She is a powerful, dynamic, entertaining speaker who touches audience members' hearts and inspires them to take action!

Michelle holds a BA in Public Speech Communication and was certified by Top Fortune 500 Business Coach, Clifford "Tex" Johnson. She lives in Scottsdale Arizona with her husband, sales and sales management expert Alan Rigg.


Alan Rigg

During his 30-year professional career, sales and sales management expert Alan Rigg has been involved in nearly every facet of both small and large company operations, in roles ranging from individual contributor to executive management. During the past ten years he has helped business owners, executives and managers at hundreds of companies build and manage top-performing sales teams.

A 25-year student of selling and sales management, Alan is the author of How to Beat the 80/20 Rule in Sales Team Performance, How to Beat the 80/20 Rule in Selling, and The 80/20 Selling System™ Home Study Course. He is a past president of the Arizona chapter of the National Speakers Association and specializes in delivering his unique insights into sales and sales management via highly interactive seminars, workshops, webinars and teleconferences.

Alan holds a BS-Finance degree from Indiana University and a MBA-Technology Management degree from the University of Phoenix. He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his lovely wife, sales and personal development expert Michelle Rigg.
