Sometimes the needs of our clients require us to do sales compensation consulting. We have done this kind of work with dozens of companies and we are very good at it. However, we are rather "reluctant consultants" because we are NOT trying to build a consulting business. As a result, we look to accomplish knowledge transfer as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This is why we offer a Sales Compensation Product, Option #2 that includes one hour of consulting for less than we typically charge for one hour of consulting by itself! We would much rather focus our time together on discussing the meaty issues that will drive the success of your sales compensation plan than ask you basic questions that you are perfectly capable of answering on your own.
